Abstract:	Upon the surrender of any Refunding Bond redeemed in part only, the Bond Registrar shall execute and deliver to the Owner thereof a new Refunding Bond or Refunding Bonds of like tenor and maturity and of authorized denominations equal in Transfer Amounts to the unredeemed portion of the Bond surrendered. En all cases of exchanged or transferred Refunding Bonds, the District shall sign and the Bond Registrar shall authenticate and deliver Refunding Bonds in accordance with the provisions of this Resolution.
